This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I have recently started a new sculpture and will be posting WIP photos shortly. This new sculpture will be a partially nude angel. The overall height with wings will be 14 feet. I have been studying wings now for a few weeks, they are more technical than I imagined. Also, for plating and transport purposes I will have to make the wings removeable, which makes the task of creating the sculpture a much higher degree of difficulty. But in the end....this is the reason I started making these sculptures in the first place. Each of my sculptures is an original...there will be only 1 copy of each....it would be impossible for me to make an exact copy. Each sculpture has taken approx. 7 months to create from start to finish....the angel sculpture will probably take longer.
Wow, your work is incredible. I'm amazed. Do you have a website or sales gallery I can post on my website for other people to check out, or is this your primary website?

I too work in steel. I use acetylene torches and gravity to push and move the steel much like modeling in clay. I am currently experimenting with melting copper into and over the surface of the steel to provide more options and colors available to me in using patinas. Also, do you know of 3D CAD programs where the drawn object can be exploded into 2D cross-sections, something like a topographical map?
Excellent work, love the polished effect you've achieved. I'm sure a lot of people in the metal work category would appreciate you posting some deviations there. Very cool stuff!!
